It is with great enthusiasm and wholesome vigor that I introduce you to the inaugural installment of Hot Gurl Freakz!

Butt………wait. what even is a ‘Hot Gurl Freak’?

(or HGF for short if you are, like me, on your time-saving grindset)

Hot Gurl Freak is an archetype, an energy, a possibility model that I use as a guide. She is basically a supreme baddie that understands that her energy is powerful and precious. She centers her own needs, follows her pleasure, and shines her light brightly. She knows how to feed her energy and how to protect it (more importantly, she believes that she has a right, neigh, an imperative to protect it). Hot Gurl Freak is an energy inclusive to all that wish to resonate with her.

The core of her ethos is saying yes to what she wants and no to what she doesn’t.

She understands that everyone benefits when she pursuits her greatest dreams. On the other side of the coin, she must be discerning with her precious energy, and who she shares it with (or gives it to…).

When in doubt, I think WWHGFD? Connecting to the energy of this imagined archetype helps me to borrow some of her power. So I figured I might as well share this little Top Secret Life Hack with y’all! Maybe you are already familiar with the game of archetypal embodiment. Or maybe you’re thinking, ”Carl Jung, whom?!?!?!?”

In any case, I’ll talk more about archetypal embodiment in later letters, but for now, imagine this as a metaphorical seat buckling. Strap in, cuz the road ahead is lookin’ rowdy!

Inspired and fueled by the Quantum Vitality™️ I have gained as I continuously learn to transcend people pleasing and set boundaries, I write to explore themes of personal power and self honoring.
